5 ⭐️ Cleanliness
We are hugely proud of our consistent 5 star rating for our cleanliness; and it is now more important than ever. We are working hard to ensure that we reduce any risk - we will wear PPE to clean and use certified chemicals to ensure that the clean is as effective as it can be.
As a result the hut is a little pared back in comparison to normal. All kitchen items are taken and cleaned on a 70 degree cycle in a dishwasher
Please plan for your stay
We have been working hard to produce an e-guidebook to help you with the planning for your stay - please contact for a link to the book and let us know if there is anything that you need.
We will no longer able to personally greet you on arrival. We will however ensure that everything is in place for your arrival and we are only a phone call or text message away.
Please do not come if either of you or a member of your contact bubble has become unwell - we offer full refunds (excluding any bank payment charges in the use of credit cards) in the spirit of safety and honesty
This is your home for the duration of your stay please treat it as such and let us know if there is anything that you need.
Should you start to feel unwell during your stay please advise us and head home immediately if it is safe and practical for you to be able to do so
With strict cleaning protocols in place we need to please ask that you adhere to the checkout time of 10am on the last day of your stay.
