Whitelee Farm Shepherd Huts- The Peak Retreat
Created by an Artisan wood craftsman in North Wales, our oak chasis and framed Shepherd Huts Dane Valley and Hen Cloud are totally bespoke - built to our design and vision for creating the ultimate in a luxurious and relaxing haven.
Whilst many features paying homage to the traditional uses of a Shepherd Hut; we have modernised the environment to create the utmost luxurious experience. On a solid Oak frame and lined with Sheep's wool, our 'wiggly tin' huts are designed to be warm in Winter and cool in Summer.
Space has been maximised with the use of a wall bed sleeping 2 adults in a sumptuous king size bed with memory foam mattress. During the day this is an internal dining area, by night a unique king size haven from which to contemplate your day's adventures.
The kitchen is compact but offers all that you could need - with a fridge, oven and hob; although with so many eateries of note within a close distance, you may find the temptation to eat out too hard to resist! The en-suite bathrooms features a full size shower, full size flushing toilet, sink and heated towel rail.
Located in the Peak National Park where there are very strict planning laws, we are proud to be able to offer what is a very rare opportunity to stay in a Shepherd Hut in the Peak Park and the first in Wincle.
Please look at the individual pages 'Dane Valley' and 'Hen Cloud' to discover more detail about each hut. Please note that the 2 huts can be booked together, where available, for groups of up to 4 adults.
You can book to stay in one of our Shepherd huts in a number of ways:
*Directly, through our new online booking system, through email or phone
*Holiday Rentals (part of trip advisor)
